These brownies truly melt in your mouth. Serve them iced with chocolate piped icing and with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence!
Ingredients

butter
200g
caster sugar

eggs
5
tablespoons quality cocoa powder
60g
plain flour

hersheys cookies & crème bar
1
handful milk chocolate chips
1
handful white chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat
oven to 180c/Gas mark 4. Grease a 20cm square baking tin.
2. In a
large saucepan melt butter. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar and
eggs. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add the chocolate chips.
3. Spoon
the batter into prepared tin.
4. Break
up the cookies and crème bar into squares and place them into the prepared tin,
making sure they are fully covered with mix.
5. Bake
in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until knife comes out almost clean.
